Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business automatically gets 14 days of Full free at registration, with normal plan limits. Afterwards it continues on Free without charge. Upgrading happens only if you separately choose to buy a plan.
How do I sign up?
Create your account online and set up your business. The Full trial starts at registration. No card or cancellation is needed to continue on Free.
Do the prices include VAT?
The displayed plan amounts are catalog prices including 24% VAT.
What are SMS credits?
SMS reminders and campaigns use credit packs that you buy when you need them: 100 credits for €12, 500 for €55 or 1000 for €100, VAT included.
Are there hidden charges or commissions?
The displayed plan price is a catalog price including 24% VAT. If you take online payments from customers, Stripe's processing fees and a 1% Klingo fee apply to each payment. SMS credits are bought separately. If you use the Ads manager (Medium/Full), Meta/Google bill your ad spend directly and Klingo charges 1% of ad spend + VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
